[dropcap]When[/dropcap] I think of last Saturday, I don’t think about how cold is was or how windy it was, I think about how much fun Brittany, Sam, and I had for their engagement session! These two traveled all the way up from Indiana so we could have some snowy engagement photos, and the weather did not disappoint!

This was my first time officially meeting these two – I mean we’ve talked on the phone and followed each other on social media, so it felt like we already knew each other, but I was so excited to meet them in person! It feels like I’ve known them forever.

As I was chatting with them, I got to know their story a little bit. Sam + Brittany met on the first day of English class in college. How sweet is that?! A few weeks later they officially started dating and this September they will tie the knot here in Kalamazoo! I can’t wait for their wedding day, and I promised them there won’t be any snow on their wedding day, but then I thought to myself “It’s Michigan, you just never know!” HA! Their reaction was so sweet: “well if it snows on our wedding day we will make the best of it!” And you know what? I know that no matter what happens on their wedding day, they will just be happy to finally be married! I mean, after you see these photos you will just be able to tell how madly in love with each other they are!

Can’t wait until September when we get to hangout again!!
