Saturday evening was kind of windy, a little chilly, and a whole lot of FUN! I got to meet up with one of my favorite couples, Aaron + Casey! Back in July Casey and I were messaging back and forth about doing a one year anniversary session, and the original date did not workout due to storms. I always am so bummed when things don’t go as planned, but in this case I am SO glad it did not originally workout because we ended up going to a different location than we planned before!! We ended up meeting up at the beach in South Haven! (Although I’m sure Lake Michigan could totally trick you into thinking it is the ocean!!!).

Casey had never been to Lake Michigan before and her excitement was so sweet and the icing on the cake for this amazing anniversary session! The way her + Aaron interact is so beautiful to see, and I am always so honored to get behind the camera for them! I was their engagement and wedding photographer, and now being able to do their anniversary shoot has me feeling to lucky!!

Let’s all congratulate this amazing couple for their (now over) one year of marriage! Here’s to many, many more years together! Congrats Mr. and Mrs. Richardson!
