Between a bride-to-be and her (almost) husband…

That’s what I got to capture Sunday night!!

Kari + Marshall met me for their engagement shoot at Meyer Broadway Park in Three Rivers, MI! I knew from the moment I stepped out of my car that the three of us were going to have a grand time together. Why? Well, first of all, they were snacking on some yummy food and wearing comfy clothes.. ahhh yes!! That’s so me, too. We just stood in the parking lot and talked for a while and I noticed the warmth they give off is just so infectious!

This season of life is extremely busy for them. On top of planning a wedding, Kari is about to graduate in May from Purdue with her graduate degree and Marshall is busy being an elementary school teacher! It was nice to just take a few moments and have them snuggle up together and just think about the here-and-now. It created for such a tender, memorable moment.

On June 9th they will commit their lives to each other and I am so privileged to be their photographer! I’m sure these next six weeks will go by faster than we know it 🙂
